Same-Day Cancellations: Please understand that our time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and will be charged the full service fee.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive at your scheduled time without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service.
