We recommend scheduling your appointment at least 1 day in advance and arriving 10 minutes early to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience.

Please note, arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect your session duration or result in cancellation without a refund. If you do not arrive at your scheduled time without prior notice, the full service fee will apply.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

For your safety and the best experience, please inform Bam if you have any medical conditions or health concerns. Bam cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects.

If you have serious medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or vascular disorders, please consult your doctor before your session.
If you have spinal issues, fractures, or recent injuries, massage may increase the risk of further injury. Medical consultation is advised.
Avoid massage if you have open wounds, skin infections, or sensitive skin to prevent irritation or infection.
Massage is not recommended for pregnant women over one month, menstruating women, or children under 12 years old.
For sensitive skin, please check the ingredients of oils or scrubs with Bam to ensure suitability.
